As the original opponent of Corona measures (-> RKI files) on the first day, I had interesting encounters with people I didn’t actually want to get to know. It was still worth it.
There were police officers, public prosecutors and judges who, on instructions from “above” (exactly, first source), behaved and chose legal interpretations that had previously been unimaginable. One of the hard things I woke up to was that judges relied on “SRG reporting” or that court reporters forgot to write down relevant passages (for passing on to the next instance).
SVFAB refers to the first. So I started to look deeper into the legal situation of the SRG, the behavior of the directors and reporters, their mission and their execution. Knowing – and this is the big bracket here – that large systems can exhibit dynamics of their own that are unfavorable even for those in the system.
